We make every effort to ship your item as quickly as possible.  Orders placed on business days by 12pm Pacific time will generally ship the same day for in-stock items.  Items that are not in stock will ship once they become available.  You will receive notification of estimated date of availability for all items not currently in stock.

Most items ship UPS Ground and arrive within three to five business days. 

Your order is eligible for free shipping when you spend over $300.  Free shipping applies only to orders in the contiguous United States.  Most orders are sent UPS Ground and shipping times vary based on delivery destination.  Please contact us for information about shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, as well as other remote areas.  We are unable to ship products outside of the U.S.  Free shipping offers do not include Saturday or expedited delivery options.
