When you purchase the Roadmaster Sterling All Terrain Tow Bar, it comes complete with safety cables and electrical wiring cord ($175 value.) Both are routed through a center channel for added safety, convenience, and uncluttered appearance.
Each Sterling All Terrain Tow Bar comes with Roadmaster’s EZ Hook Safety Cable system (a $99 value.) EZ Hook cables have all the features of standard cables, but are specially designed with a unique attachment system.They have a stainless steel ball at the end of the cable that latches into a slotted anchor plate mounted on your vehicle.This makes them faster to connect than traditional cables saving you time and hassles.
Also included in your purchase is a 6 wire straight cord wiring kit.This cord connects electricity between the towed vehicle and the motorhome and is designed to fit nicely within the cable channel guides. The wires are water, oil, and chemical resistant. The plugs are injected with silicone to prevent corrosion.
The Sterling All Terrain Combo Kit is sold separately and comes with everything you need to complete installation of your tow bar. Each kit contains:
- A wiring kit with four Hy-Power diodes
- A bracket to mount the power cord socket
- Two case hardened steel padlocks (keyed alike) and one receiver hitch lock
- One can of silicone dry lubricant to keep your tow bar operating smoothly
- Marine grade vinyl cover to protect your tow bar
